List of breeding animals in Russia: new rules for registration and accounting

On March 1, 2026, a new state information and analytical system for recording and registering breeding animals will come into force in Russia. This step, initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, is aimed at simplifying and improving the process of managing breeding livestock in the country.
