The European organic products market is experiencing growth, with a progressive increase in demand. Denmark is leading with a 12.1% share of organic over conventional, followed by Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, and Luxembourg. The growth is driven by EU campaigns and a consumer focus on natural well-being and environmental protection. Organic products saw a growth of 5% in Italy in 2021, with fresh fruit and vegetables contributing to this increase. Exports of Italian products reached 2.91 billion euros in 2021, marking an 11% increase from the previous year.
