During the meeting, the first 25 years of the Peruvian Association of Mango Producers and Exporters (APEM) were celebrated. On this commemorative date, the notable internationalization achieved by the Peruvian mango was highlighted, which is currently exported to more than 50 countries. As explained by engineer Iván Vilchez, president of APEM, "we are very happy and satisfied with the celebration of this congress, which has undoubtedly showcased the great strength of the Peruvian mango industry, with an enormous international projection, which allows us to be present all over the world."
