Hung Yen Province has attracted many domestic and foreign businesses to invest, helping to solve employment issues and creating stable income for the people. This is a very happy achievement but also poses challenges, as the shortage of labor in agricultural production is increasingly evident. In order to gradually and effectively address these challenges, the Hung Yen Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment) has developed the "Project on Developing Fruit and Ornamental Plant Production Areas in Hung Yen Province for the period 2020 - 2025."
