Mark Foods of the United States announces the acquisition of Bristol Seafood from Maine

Bristol Seafood has a strong influence in the scallop field, while also offering other products, including bottom-dwelling fish and value-added seafood products such as salmon and shrimp.

This acquisition will significantly expand Mark Foods' influence in the scallop trade.

The financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed, and the deal is expected to be completed in August 2025.

After the transaction is completed, the Bristol Seafood seafood brand will remain intact, and all employees will continue in their current positions.
