As reported by the Agro-Exports Management of the Exporters Association (ADEX), in the first five months of this year, dried paprika from Peru reached 15 countries, with Mexico and the United States being the main destinations, jointly concentrating 88.63% of the total. According to the ADEX Trade Intelligence System, the leading market was Mexico with shipments of US$ 22,433,000, showing a contraction of -4.4% (participating with 53.26% of the total); followed by the United States with US$ 14,898,000, registering an increase of 1.2% (representing 35.37% of the total). Spain, Brazil, Russia, Albania, Argentina, Guatemala, Chile, and Germany completed the top ten.
