Between January and February of 2024, Peru experienced a notable decline in raisin exports, totaling 1,059,296 kilos with an FOB value of US$ 1,415,858, compared to the same period in 2023. Mexico was the primary market, receiving 46% of the exports, followed by Ecuador, Algeria, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Canada, among others. The export sector was led by companies such as Frutos y Especias SAC, Peppers America SAC, AC Perú Internacional, El Pedregal SA, and Villa Natura Perú SAC, highlighting the diverse destinations and key players involved in Peru's raisin export industry.
