The veterinary doctor plays an essential role in the food safety of the state of Minas Gerais, acting from the health of the herd within the farm gate to the inspection and regulation of products in the industry. With the approach of the year-end holidays, this work is doubled, ensuring that the Minas Gerais and Brazilian consumer has access to quality animal-derived food products with guaranteed origin.
