Chile has started exporting fresh salmon to Australia, with the first shipment containing fillets from companies Camanchaca and Aqua. This marks a significant milestone for Chilean product exports, opening up new opportunities to promote the quality of Chilean production abroad. The export was made possible after Australia recognized Chile for salmon exports following a thorough inspection and certification process. This is a proud moment for the salmon farming industry and ProChile, highlighting Chile's potential to expand its salmon exports to more countries. Currently, Chile exports salmon to 76 countries, generating over $4.1 billion in revenue this year.
