Vegetables and melons that can be consumed without long storage and cooking are becoming a trend in the vegetable market. This opinion was expressed in an interview with the magazine "Gardening in Ukrainian" by Vitaly Bilan, the founder of the "Pan Bilan" farm (Odesa region).
