Muan County wins the 'Grand Prize' for National Local Government Employment Target in 2025

Muan County, the top performer in the nation for local government job creation, won the grand prize in the job posting category for the fourth consecutive year. On the last day of last month, Muan County received the grand prize in the job posting category at the "2025 National Local Government Job Awards" held at the OSCO in Cheongju, along with a commendation from the Prime Minister's office and securing 85 million won in incentive project funds. This evaluation, organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, comprehensively assesses the previous year's job policy achievements of 243 local governments across the nation based on criteria such as job target achievement, local government's job creation will, establishment of regional employment governance and cooperation systems, and the discovery and promotion of excellent policies, to select outstanding local governments.
