The newly released products are Chiak Mountain Native Kiwi Juice and Chiak Mountain Native Kiwi Jelly Sticks, which are characterized by preserving the unique taste and aroma of Chiak Mountain native kiwi.
Both products underwent trial research and processing technology development at the Agricultural Products Processing Technology Utilization Center and are equipped with flavors and quality that consider consumer preferences.
The Chiak Mountain Native Kiwi Juice is a beverage that highlights the original fresh flavor of kiwi, targeting consumers seeking a healthy convenient drink, while the Chiak Mountain Native Kiwi Jelly Stick was developed as an easy-to-carry and consume jelly product that anyone from children to the elderly can enjoy.
Center Director Lee Sang-bun said on the 8th, "This product development will increase the added value of local agricultural products and establish a new income source for farmers," and added, "We will continue to develop various processed products using local specialties to expand agricultural product consumption and revitalize the local economy."
