"Nine-spurred chicken" or also known as chicken with many spurs is considered a precious specialty of the Xuan Son mountain region (Phu Tho). This is a chicken breed associated with the legend of Son Tinh and Thuy Tinh. Legend has it that in the past this product was also used by people to pay tribute to the king.
