A new sausage product made from Dong Tao chicken, a rare and expensive breed, has been launched in Vietnam for the Tet holiday. The sausage, which is carefully processed without preservatives, has been popular among customers, with a food store owner reporting over 100 orders in a short period. The product is available in two variants, one mixed with pork and one made entirely from Dong Tao chicken, priced at 300,000-350,000 VND per kg and 450,000 VND per kg respectively.
