The Norwegian Seafood Council, under the slogan "Norwegian Salmon is Always Right," is collaborating with the domestic leading restaurant reservation app Catchtable to host a four-week "Norwegian Salmon Week" from September 29 to October 26. This event is a culinary festival taking place at 41 restaurants in Seoul and the metropolitan area, selected by Seafood from Norway, a brand certified for the origin of Norwegian seafood. The participating stores include a total of 10 types of establishments such as Korean, Western, Japanese, brunch, and dining bars, designed to allow consumers to experience the diverse appeal of Norwegian salmon according to their preferences.
