An interesting trend has emerged in the development of industrial parks (IP) - communities are starting consultations with future investors long before submitting documents for inclusion in the state register, reported Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development Dmytro Kysylevs'kyi, writes Interfax-Ukraine. "This is definitely better than having registration and remaining without industrial production in the park territory for years," he noted. As an example, the MP cited the Nosivka City Council (Chernihiv region), which signed a contract with the private enterprise "Teplychne" for the creation and development of the "Nosivka Estates" IP. On the territory of the future park, which spans 14 hectares, it is planned to build a production facility for jam and compotes. In addition, the company "DK-Industrial" in Uman City Council (Cherkasy region) presented a project for the creation of the "Agro-Innovation Hub" IP on a land plot of about 23 hectares ...
