In the first half of 2024, the Krasnodar Territory's ports exported 50.6 thousand tons of oats, with China purchasing about 45 thousand tons. The Novorossiysk branch is inspecting these shipments for various contaminants, including toxic elements, mycotoxins, radionuclides, pesticide residues, and GMOs. Additionally, Rosselkhoznadzor noted that oat exports from Russia have doubled in the 2023/24 grain season.
