Prices for products in Ukraine have risen by almost 30% compared to September last year, according to the State Statistics Service. The most sought-after products have increased in price even more. Thus, oil has become 32.8% more expensive, chicken fillet 34.8%. Meanwhile, the price of chicken eggs has risen by more than half – 53.6%. Among fruits, the cost of apples has almost doubled (+84.4%), which were once considered the most affordable of all fruits. Wheat bread has become 20.8% more expensive, which corresponds to the increase in the price of flour (+20.2%). Buckwheat groats also have a 20.8% increase in price. Among meats, pork prices have risen the most – 37.8%. In the group of dairy products, the largest increase is in butter – 29.2%.
