The decrease in butter prices in Ukraine and abroad, unfulfilled exchange deliveries, and the rising unprofitability of the production of dried milk and butter are holding back the increase in the prices of milk raw materials. This was reported by the Association of Milk Producers. The average purchase price of extra-grade milk in Ukraine was 17.45 UAH/kg excluding VAT, which is 10 kopecks higher than in the previous month. In farms, prices for this grade range from 17.00 to 18.20 UAH/kg excluding VAT. The higher grade averages 17.15 UAH/kg excluding VAT. Over the last month, the price has not changed. Prices for higher-grade milk range from 16.80 to 17.60 UAH/kg excluding VAT. The average purchase price of first-grade milk remained at 16.80 UAH/kg excluding VAT, unchanged compared to the previous month.
