Spain: Olive oil shipments are revised upwards in November

Olimerca.- Good news for the entire Spanish olive oil sector. According to the latest review of the data provided at the beginning of December by the Food Information and Control Agency (AICA), in recent days an increase in olive oil imports has been updated, which translates into better behavior of the departures in November, reaching almost 90,000 tons. This latest review shows that a total of 22,000 tons would have been imported in November, when the first estimates pointed to 12,000, which represents a volume of outputs of 89,760 tons, compared to the 79,120 tons estimated at the end of November.
