Indonesia: Open lobster seed exports to Vietnam

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (MenKP) Sakti Wahyu Trenggono admitted that he could not prevent the smuggling of clear lobster seeds (BBL) or fry to Vietnam.
