[Livestock and Fisheries News=Reporter Ahn Hee-kyung] The Duck Stabilization Fund Management Committee (Chairman Lee Chang-ho) successfully concluded the '2025 Duck Delicacy Competition' main event at Bucheon University in Bucheon City, Gyeonggi Province, last month 30th, with the theme of 'National Duck Meat and Regional Specialties from Various Regions Across the Country Linked in a National Duck Gastronomy Road'. The main event saw the participation of 20 teams that advanced from the preliminary round (document screening) out of a total of over 60 teams that applied for the first nationwide preliminary round held from mid-July to early last month. These teams competed by presenting recipes that embody the new potential of duck meat.
