Overview of prices for agricultural producers in the Primorsky Krai

The cost of cucumbers decreased by 1.2% over the week to 110.5 RUB/kg, while bread made from rye and a mixture of rye and wheat flour became cheaper by 1% and is sold on average at 79.8 RUB/kg. According to the departmental monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, conducted among large and medium agricultural producers and processing enterprises in the region, as of September 3, the following prices are observed in the Primorsky Krai. On the milk and dairy products market, the cost of raw milk from agricultural producers averages 41.6 RUB/kg. The price of drinking pasteurized milk with 3.2% fat content at processing enterprises is fixed at 124.2 RUB/kg, and for cheeses at 518.6 RUB/kg. The average price of pork from Primorsky producers at slaughter weight is 239.1 RUB/kg, and for poultry meat, including broiler chickens, at slaughter weight is 215.7 RUB/kg.
