In the week, the cost of sour cream, pork, and sterilized milk decreased. According to information from Tambovstat, in the consumer market of the Tambov region from November 17 to November 24, the average price of pork (excluding boneless meat) decreased by 1.9% (to 382.81 RUB/kg), sausages and salami by 0.2% (to 476.53 RUB/kg). The cost of mutton (excluding boneless meat) was 801.30 RUB/kg, beef (excluding boneless meat) was 572.70 RUB/kg, chilled and frozen chickens were 195.78 RUB/kg. In the region, there was a decrease in prices for sour cream (by 3.9%, to 390.99 RUB/kg), sterilized milk with 2.5–3.2% fat content (by 1.7% to 129.99 RUB/l). Butter cost an average of 1,121.14 RUB/kg, hard and soft rennet cheeses were 886.19 RUB/kg, cottage cheese was 440.75 RUB/kg, pasteurized milk was 108.05 RUB/l.
