The article reports a 5.78% increase in red protein exports and a 5.93% increase in revenue from January to July 2023, compared to the same period in the previous year. However, there was a 14.52% and 11.56% decrease in bovine offal volume and revenue respectively. Poultry meat exports also saw a decrease of 5.03% but revenue increased by 2.86%. Taiwan was the second largest buyer of beef, behind Chile, and became the main market for Paraguayan pork.
