From June 21 to 25, enjoy the cultural richness of our high Andean communities at the XII Salt and Llama Meat Gastronomy Festival, which will be held in the peasant community of San Juan de Yanacachi, Ticlacayan district, Pasco province and region. This important festival aims to revalue the ancestral use of Andean salt and the nutritional and cultural value of llama meat.
