The National Agri-Food Health and Quality Service (Senasa) seized 234 kilograms of fruits and vegetables in General Roca due to not meeting quarantine requirements to enter the fruit fly-free area. The seizure took place during a routine control at the Río Colorado Post, where a bus from Buenos Aires was inspected. The merchandise was destroyed, but samples were taken for analysis in the Fruit Fly Control and Eradication Program Laboratory.
