In November 2024, paprika exports saw a 39% increase in volume, totaling 3,062 tons, but only a 10% increase in value compared to the same period in 2023. The average price dropped by 20% to $3.25 per kilogram. Mexico continued to be the primary market, with a 47% share, followed by the United States with a 40% share. Spain was the third-largest market. S & M Foods S.A.C., ADB International S.A.C., and Alimentos Procesados Agrícolas S.A.C. were the leading exporters, and DP World and APM Terminals were the main terminals used for shipping. Overall, year-to-date paprika shipments were 13% below the previous year.
