Peruvian exports of lucuma totaled 458.9 tons between January and November 2023, reaching 23 markets, with a 15.9% drop compared to 2022. Chile was the main export market, receiving 45.5% of the fruit shipments, followed by the United States with 29.6%. Lucuma is mainly exported as frozen pulp, flour, and other presentations, with 69 companies shipping the fruit, including Amara Foods SAC and Unión de Negocios Corporativos SAC.
