In March 2024, Peru experienced a slight increase in Brazil nut exports, shipping 575 tons, which is a 3% rise from the 551 tons exported in the same month the previous year. These nuts were distributed to 21 countries, with South Korea and the Netherlands being the primary markets. Among the exporters, Procesadora de Foods Santa Isabel E.I.R.L. and White Lion Nuts S.A.C. stood out, contributing 15% and 14% to the total exports, respectively. A total of 35 buyers participated in these transactions.
