Peru Has Potential to Match Egypt and Poland in Frozen Strawberry Exports

The president of the Agroindustry, Food, and Beverage Committee of the Exporters Association (ADEX), Mario Salazar Vergaray, noted that Peru has the potential to match Egypt and Poland, located in the top three of the 2024 global frozen strawberry exporters ranking. "What we need is to technify cultivation and close the technological and educational gap faced by small producers," he affirmed.
