Peru with potential to export more ginger and turmeric

With the strengthening of production chains and an investment-promoting environment, Peru could capitalize on the world demand for nutritious foods, which at this juncture prioritizes some such as kion and turmeric, said the director of the Global Economy and Business Research Center from the CIEN-ADEX Exporters Association, Edgar Vásquez Vela, at the 'III Ginger Week', held in Pichanaqui (Junín).
