(Agraria.pe) In the 2025/2026 campaign, Peru would export around 240 thousand tons of fresh mango, which would represent a contraction of -15% compared to the 280 thousand tons shipped in the previous campaign (2024/2025) and which made it a record year, as projected by the president of the Peruvian Association of Mango Producers and Exporters (APEM), Iván Vílchez Peralta. However, despite estimating lower production, the trade leader expects to have quality fruit and sizes that could sustain higher prices.
