Between January and May 2024, Peru exported 118.2 tons of cherimoya, with Chile receiving the majority (78.4%) and the United States following (9%). The exports included various forms such as frozen pulp, fresh cherimoya, and pasteurized pulp. Union de Negocios Corporativos S.A.C. led the exports with 41.5% of the shipments, while Cotrina Exports E.I.R.L accounted for 15%. Cherimoya is a versatile fruit, consumed in forms like fresh fruit, ice cream, cakes, juices, and liquor.
