Between January and May 2024, Peruvian exports of canned mango saw a significant decrease of -65.42%, totaling 3,123,324 kilos, with a contracting value of US$ 4,709,644, a 65.89% decrease compared to the same period in 2023. Despite the overall decline, Poland emerged as a notable market, showing a 250-fold increase in its purchases to US$3,246,000, accounting for 68.92% of the total exports. However, exports to other countries such as Chile, the United States, and the Netherlands experienced substantial decreases during the same timeframe.
