A workshop was organized by the Pesticide Residues and Heavy Metals in Food Laboratory and Crop Life Egypt to support strawberry producers and exporters in Ismailia Governorate. The workshop aimed to raise capabilities of the producers and exporters, develop production and export systems, and ensure the safety and compliance of the food with foreign market requirements. Lectures were given on various topics including pest control, sampling methods, and the importance of maximum limits for pesticide residues, with participation from experts and local producers and exporters.
