Rio, 10/12/2025 - Petrobras Biocombustível (PBIO) informed today (10) that it made its second export of biodiesel to Europe, of 2,500 tons of B100. The cargo, destined for Germany, was produced at the Candeias Plant (BA), and is expected to serve the European road transport sector. "Produced from technical corn oil (TCO), the same raw material used in the previous export, the biofuel presents a reduction of 84.8% in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, compared to fossil diesel," it informs. The operation was carried out in partnership with the Inpasa biorefinery, which also participated in the first export, concluded in August of this year and carried out from the Port of Aratu (BA).
