Export revenue for this period amounted to PLN 151.99 million (≈30.4 million euros, UAH 1,467 million), which is significantly higher than last year’s PLN 110.04 million (≈22.0 million euros, UAH 1,072 million). Almost half of the revenue was provided by the Ukrainian market – PLN 73.94 million (≈14.8 million euros, UAH 850 million). At the same time, potato imports to Poland still exceed exports: 171.69 thousand tons were imported in eight months for about EUR 55.2 million. The main supplier was Germany. Imports included table, chilled, seed and starch potatoes. Despite record exports, the Polish market faced a significant supply: production in 2025 reached 6.8 million tons, while domestic consumption did not exceed 6 million tons.
