Poland and Vietnam have successfully completed the access procedure for blueberry exports, with the first shipments expected in 2025. The two countries are also working on solutions to remove trade barriers for animal products. Additionally, talks are underway to include processed animal protein, feathers, pet food, and live ornamental birds in the export list. Poland's priority is to eliminate trade deficits and increase the recognition of its products in Vietnam. The two countries have been significant trading partners, with Poland's agri-food exports to Vietnam reaching EUR 175.7 million in 2023.
