Preferential VAT rate in the Russian Federation will apply to seeds of most agricultural crops

The Russian government has increased the list of agricultural crops with seeds that will now have a preferred VAT rate of 10% for imports or sales. This change, which was announced through an order signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, expands the existing preferential tax policy for the agricultural sector.
