The inflation of January 2026 in Peru was marked, mainly, by the increase in the price of chicken and restaurant menus, according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) report of the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI). In this way, the inflation at the national level was 0.12%, while in Metropolitan Lima it was slightly lower with a variation of 0.10%.
