Price swings in Ukraine: which of the meats increased in price the most in July

On the Ukrainian market, according to the results of July, the average price of pork increased by 0.4% compared to June, chicken and turkey went up by 1%, beef by 2.8%. As analysts of the Association "Swinemakers of Ukraine" reported, at the beginning of July the average price of a kilogram of pork reached UAH 207/kg, but already in the third decade the indicator fell below the mark of UAH 205/kg. "Despite the fact that the average indicator at the end of the month is slightly higher than a month earlier (+0.4% or UAH 0.8/kg) due to higher price tags at the beginning of the month, individual items even slightly became cheaper. Yes, the price of brisket decreased by 1, 2% (up to UAH 181.3/kg), pork shoulder lost 0.7% compared to the June average (July mark — UAH 193.1/kg), and loin — 0.6% (UAH 227.15/kg, respectively).
