Produce promotes the production of honey with ginger in sachets meeting high quality and biosafety standards

(Agraria.pe) The Ministry of Production (Produce), through the Technological Institute of Production (ITP), has been working on the development of a highly nutritious product, based on honey and kion, to strengthen the immune system of the consumers. This was pointed out by Sergio Rodríguez, executive director of the ITP, during his visit to the Huaura Technical Unit, to supervise the work carried out to strengthen the work of agricultural and agro-industrial MSMEs in the Lima region, mainly in the fruit chains such as cherimoya , avocado, peach, blueberry, mandarin, among others.
