The Chinecas Special Project is offering agricultural producers in Ancash and Peru 15 species of fruit plants to help them reduce the cost of investment due to low market prices. The project has 37,253 seedlings of avocado, mango, pecan, lucumo, fig, pitahaya, raspberry, granadilla, strawberry, passion fruit, orange, tangerine, soursop, pomegranate and grape at its fruit and forestry nursery at the Tangay Experimental Center. The seedlings are priced affordably to promote agricultural productivity, and the project also provides free technical assistance in planting and technical support. Interested parties can call a provided number or visit the fruit nursery in the Tangay camp for more information.
