Promango warns of possible price concentration by the buyers

(Agraria.pe) The Peruvian Association of Mango Producers (Promango) expressed its disagreement with the behavior of mango prices in the current 2025-2026 campaign. The association pointed out that, over the last four consecutive years, mango producers have been the most affected in the value chain, always receiving prices below the production costs, a situation that worsens economic sustainability and puts at risk the continuity of thousands of families that depend directly on this agricultural activity.
