Providing plant seeds from national reserves to support Lao Cai province in restoring production in Vietnam

On September 28, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc signed Decision 1053/QD-TTg to provide plant seeds from the national reserve to support Lao Cai province in restoring production due to the impact of storm No. 3.
