Nevşehír, a city in Turkey, has commenced its pumpkin seed harvest for snacks, contributing significantly to the country's production, accounting for 37.5% of the total, with an anticipated yield of 22-23 thousand tons. The city's agricultural activities cover about 3.5 million decares and support 20,000 farmer families. It leads in the production of beans, must grapes, and is among the leading regions in dried grape and potato production in Turkey.
