Within the framework of actions aimed at strengthening livestock activity and improving the genetic quality of South American camelids, the District Municipality of Ajoyani (Puno), through the Camelids project, carried out the identification of crias born as a result of the controlled mating campaign of alpacas at the municipal farm Los Ángeles. During the event, the technical team of the Camelids project, led by the project resident, Méd. Vet. Zoot. Oscar Velarde Coyto, along with agricultural technicians, carried out the process of individual identification of the crias.
