(Pyeongchang=Yonhap News) Reporter Im Bo-yeon = Gangwon Pyeongchang County is pushing forward the "2026 Club Support Project" to enable farmers and villagers returning to the countryside and local residents to merge and harmonize with each other, engaging in autonomous and creative activities. It was set up to encourage diverse cultural, sports, and learning activities and to promote community revitalization. In particular, it aims to create a local community foundation where new immigrants and existing residents can get along and mutually benefit. Pyeongchang County is recruiting participating clubs until the 4th, and any club active within Pyeongchang County can apply. Selected clubs will receive activity fee support along with administrative support necessary for program operations. The county expects this project to help expand communication and cooperation among residents and to form a healthy local community. On the 3rd, Lee Yong-ha, Director of the Agricultural Policy Division of the county, said, "We hope that you will take a keen interest in this club support project and actively participate."
