Raspberry prices in Ukraine have surged due to a decrease in supply, with wholesale prices reaching their highest in at least seven years and increasing by 410% compared to the same period last year. The price increase is attributed to a reduction in the availability of raspberries on the market, with the majority being remontant varieties. Harvesting is expected to continue for a few more weeks, and the current price range per kilogram is 250-350 hryvnias ($6-8.40), which is 67% higher than the previous week.
